1、how many square meters is that studio?
那间套房有多少平方米？
2、how big is that apartment?
这间公寓有多大？
3、is there a view from there? 或 does it have a view?
那成视野好吗?
4、does the apartment get much natural light? 或 does the room receive much sunlight?
房子采光好不好？
5、is it furnished?
有配家具吗?
6、how much is

the rent? 或 how much is it per month?
每个月多少钱啊？
7、what’s the rent on that? how much is the deposit?
租金是多少？押金又是多少呢？
8、are utilities included? (有包含水电吗?)
或 what utilities am i responsible for? (我要负担什么样的公共设施？)
9、i also need cable, what number do you think i should call?
我还需要有线电视，你想我该打电话找谁？
