英语听说考试背景概述
2018年武汉市公布《推进高中阶段学校考试招生制度改革的实施方案（试行）》，拟从2020年初一新生开始全面启动实施，2023届初三

毕业年级正式开始第一次新“中考”。

《方案》中明确提到：外语（听力考试）于每年6月20—21日与笔试同时进行，外语（口语测试）待条件成熟后组织实施。

可以确定的是武汉市将要引进英语听说考试这种形式，目前全国每年有超过300万人参加英语听说考试，未来几年，全国各省市中高考实施“英语听说考试”必定是大势所趋。

全国已实施英语听说考试的省市
2009年，江苏省中考首次开展人机对话听力口语考试。

2011年，广东省高考将听力和口语考试合并为英语听说考试，计入高考总分。

2011年，广州市、深圳市开展中考英语听力口语考试，计入中考总分。

2016年，沈阳市中考新增英语听力口语考试，计入中考总分。

2016年，山东青岛市新增英语听说考试，计入中考总分。

2016年，上海市高考新增英语听说考试，计入高考总分。

2017年，北京市中考新增英语听说考试，计入中考总分。

2019年，东莞市中考将听力和口语合并听说考试，计入中考总分。

2021年，北京市高考新增英语口语考试，计入高考总分。

新中高考为什么实施英语听说考试
广东省是全国较早实施听说考试的省份，从实施效果来看，广东省学生的英语听说水平明显高于其他省市。

采用英语听说考试形式，将改善我国英语教学中多年以来存在的哑巴英语症结，引导实际教学中注重听、说、读、写四个方面的全面发展。一直以来，我国英语教学中存在“重读写能力，而轻听说能力”的倾向，导致很多人学了多年英语却仍然不能开口用英语交流的尴尬局面。

中国人学习英语普遍存在读写能力还可以，但听说能力较差的问题，特别是口语表达能力严重跛腿，现在听说考试则从导向上关注到了这个问题。

英语听说考试常见丢分原因
1、语音方面丢分

综合考查考生语音输出的完整性、流畅性，以及发音准确性。考生在听说考试中，须按要求完整回答问题或朗读材料，出现残缺不全的情况，会进行相应扣分；在进行口语表达时，确保流畅自然，断断续

续地停顿也会进行相应扣分；以及要求考生单词发音要准确，并且熟练运用连读、弱读、失去爆破、音的同化等语音知识。单词在句子中由于受到其它单词的影响，发音会发生变化，常见的变化形式有：

（1）连读：前面的单词以辅音结尾，后面的单词以元音开头，在讲话时通常会发生连读。如：an apple，读成anapple。

（2）失去爆破：两个爆破音相遇，前一个爆破音只按照其发音部位形成阻碍，但不爆破，稍作间息后立刻过渡到后一个音的发音部位并爆破。如：sit down，“t”就失去爆破，我们听不到这个音，只能感到中间有些间息而已。

（3）同化：同化是指在快速讲话时，某两个音相遇后因互相影响，而发生音变，如：d+j=dз；t+j=t∫；s+j=∫z等。

由于对连读、弱读、失去爆破、音的同化缺少了解，也缺乏这方面的训练，所以无论是听还是说都会遇到问题。

2. 词汇量与语法上存在问题

由于词汇量较小，遇到大量陌生单词，不仅在听的过程中存在听不懂的问题，而且同时也无法使用英语词汇准确表达意义。进行口语表达时，对英语语言规则运用不熟悉，出现各种语法问题。

3. 大脑反应速度太慢

大脑反应速度慢主要是对听力材料内容与结构不熟悉造成的。还有很多同学不会用英语思维，边听边翻译成汉语，导致反应速度慢半拍。在听上句时要学会预测下句的大概内容，在听前一段时能预测到下面几段的大概内容。但有的学生做不到，反应就相对慢一些。大脑反应速度慢的问题，可以通过后天努力学习和训练得到提高。

4. 训练内容太难或太易

训练内容太难或太易，不够实用有趣，训练方法不得当，太想速成，缺乏耐心和毅力，这都是影响听说考试得分的拦路虎。如果选择的训练内容太易，则太缺乏挑战性，我们不会取得太大进步；相反，太难的话，会使人产生很大的挫败感，使人灰心丧气。

5. 心理原因

对自己信心不够。信心不够在听说考试时就会产生过度紧张等消极情绪，影响考试的正常发挥。
